 AARP data shows that nearly 80% of adults 50 and over want to remain in their homes for the long term. Most of these people have no mortgage on their home. They've worked hard to pay off the house and now it's time for the house to work for them. Inside and outside accessibility issues, along with repairs and deferred maintenance on the house are areas of concern for these Seniors. 77% said they value having affordable, trustworthy workers who can do home modifications or maintenance issues.
